About Us
For over 30 years of marriage, I have experienced firsthand that building & maintaining a healthy relationship takes commitment, grace, faith, & a willingness to work through life's challenges. Navigating my own struggles while raising five children has given me the opportunity to guide them through difficult seasons, offering support, encouragement, & practical wisdom along the way.
For the past 13 years, I have had the privilege of working at a domestic violence shelter. That experience has given me a deeper understanding of both the devastating effects of unhealthy relationships & the qualities that define healthy, respectful, & lasting ones.
My passion is helping individuals & couples build stronger, healthier lives, relationships, & marriages. I believe that when we become healthier as individuals, we are better equipped to create healthier relationships with those we love.
